The Certified Scrum Master is a designation that is typically expressed as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). The CSM designation is trade mark and recognized symbol of excellence in scrum training that is held by the Scrum Alliance. There are private companies offering there own rolled certified scrum master designation but, it is they are often not supported by a neutral independent recognized education provider.
